How long does it take to receive a response concerning my quote?
We will proceed with your quote as soon as possible, but depending on the workload, it will take approximately 24 hours to proceed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal or Moneybooker. We do not accept check. If requested, you can proceed with a bank transfer.
What languages do you translate?
We usually translate from English to French. We specialize in that particular combination. However, upon a request from a client, we can offer the service in other languages.
What are the normal payment terms?
After the work is done, our accounting department will send you an invoice that needs to be paid after 30 days. After this period, a service fee of 20% will be charged to all unpaid invoices with each weekly reminder that needs to be sent out.
Will I have to pay more for an urgent project?
Yes, since an urgent project requires more resources on our part. We will provide a complete quote containing all the information related to the fees that are allocated to an urgent project.
Will my project be proofread by someone else other than the translator who did the translation?
All projects go through the same process. First of all, it is translated by a native French speaker and then reviewed by another native French speaker to make sure that the high level of quality is maintained.
Do I need to give you a glossary or some references to have my translation done?
In the case of general translation, it is not necessary. However, if you are sending us a technical translation, a glossary or some references on previous translation can help us ensure consistency. If you have one, make sure to send it to us to facilitate the process. If not, we will proceed with the research accordingly.
How can I send you my documents?
We do not work with paper documents. Please send us an electronic version of your document by email. We prefer to receive the documents in an editable format (Word, Excel, etc.) but we also accept PDF documents.
How do you choose your translators?
We work with only highly qualified translators in their respected fields in order to provide the more accurate and exact translation possible. We only work with translators who translate into their own native languages and that are qualified in their technical areas.
Is there a minimum charge per translation?
Yes. There is 20$ minimum administrative fee for any translation.
